The Certificate of No Marriage Record or CENOMAR is a certification issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority stating that a person is single or not married. Also called a certificate of No Record of Marriage or Certificate of Singleness, the CENOMAR is one of the requirements when requesting a marriage license.
